Tiramisu Overnight Oats


1/2 tsp Blackgold Mushroom Elixir
1/2 banana
1/3 cup oats (rolled or quick)
1/3 cup coffee (we use decaf)1/4 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 lady finger (optional)
cocoa powder for dusting
Vanilla yogurt



1. In a bowl, mash 1/2 banana.

2. Mix in the oats, mushroom elixir, coffee, milk and chia seeds. Allow the oat mixture to soak while you clean up, wash your dishes, whatever for a few minutes.

3. In a cup or container place a broken up lady finger at the bottom (optional). Layer in 1/2 of your oat mixture, a big spoon of yogurt, and a dusting of cocoa powder. Repeat this with the remaining half of your oat mixture.

4. Allow your oats to chill overnight and enjoy!
