Now there's a lot of debate whether mycelium (the mushroom roots) should be used or not but our opinion is you eat the apple not the apple branches. After all if our manufacturers were to use the mycelium and fruiting bodies they would be able to deliver a cheaper priced product and one that we believe to be of less nutrition which is why we will continue to only use the fruiting bodies of mushroom to deliver to you a high quality, and nutritional product that you'll see and feel the difference from.
