What does it taste like?
Very smooth, with a rich earthy goodness like a chai or herbal tea. Some days we add it to coffee without the negative side effects of coffee, most days we have it pure with hot nut milk, and if we're feeling a bit naughty, a dash of honey to get the day started.

How do I use it?
Mix ½ tsp (2g) in warm water, tea, coffee, smoothies, or in cooking. Consume daily for maximum benefits, with or without food.
If you are sensitive to herbs, start with ¼ tsp. In time you can increase your intake according to your daily needs.

How often can I take it?
We treat it like coffee or tea, and might have it more than once a day.

How long does it take to start working?
Typically 30 days of taking our Elixir daily will allow you to notice a big difference mentally and physically. A lot of our customers feel a difference even just a few days after daily use.
